IB2011 Public Report

In 2012 the European Benchmarking Co-operation (EBC) welcomed 50 participants to its annual benchmarking exercise. 14 utilities joined the programme as new entrants. 19 countries were represented, of which three (Israel, Singapore, United States) outside Europe. This year’s exercise analysed data concerning 2011.
