EBC's 2021 Public Report presents the key results of the IB2020 benchmarking exercise, which was carried out in 2021.
Participants in the 2021 exercise have received their own, individual report. The Public Report is meant for stakeholder communication and shows anonymous, high level results fror drinking water- and wastewater services. Also, the report presents some good practices and participants' experiences.
