Save the date for a new Knowledge Picnic! The Picnic with the aim to: Finding relevant indicators for water service related Sustainable Development Goals will take place on 6 March in Madrid. The Picnic is co-organized and hosted by Canal de Isabel II (Spain) together with VA SYD (Sweden), Waternet (The Netherlands) and EBC.
More information about the Picnic and its content can be found in this document. Participation in the Picnic is free of charge though participants need to cover their own costs of travelling, accommodation and meals.
The Picnic is open to utilities participating (or intending to participate) in EBCs' International Benchmarking exercise. You can register by sending an e-mail to: tom.bijkerk@waterbenchmark.org or dperalpo@canaldeisabelsegunda.es before the 28th of February. There is a maximum of attendees, so don’t hesitate!
Knowledge Picnics
In short expert meetings (small groups of max.10 to 15 people), hosted by one of the participating utilities, experiences/best practices arround one specific process/theme will be discussed. The performance analyses can help identifying the relevent topics for these Picnics, determine improvement potentials and signalling the best performers in the group to share good practices with.
