Geneva workshop

40 People attended the IB2007 workshop on October 9-10 in Geneva, Switzerland. The  workshop, the most important part of the benchmarking process, was build upon three topics: results, methodology, and special topics/best practices. During the workshop the preliminary results, based on the submitted data, were discussed. Special attention was paid to data quality, explanatory factors  and performance gaps .

The event offered the participants the opportunity to network and exchange knowledge and best practices. According to the evaluation, this was highly appreciated by the participants.
